Utility models

A utility model is also a document of a right to forbid both to produce, market or sell your protected product, which is characterized by a set of characteristic technical feature which together are new, essentially different, and industrial applicable.  The utility model right last for 3 years from the filing date and may be renewed for another 3 and 4 years, thus, in total 10 years from the first application filed.
