The company was founded in 2010 by Hanne Møller.

The patent experience covers all aspects of patent agency including making a preliminary novelty search, making freedom-to-operate analyses, draft of patent applications, prosecution of patent applications, and drafting submissions for litigations.

MM Patents has also experience with filing applications for design registrations and trade mark applications.
